Material of P84 filter bag
P84 Chemical Name: Polyimide.
Fiber shape: Synthesized from biphthalic anhydride and p-phenylenediamine, yellow, with a trilobal fiber cross-section. Under the premise of the same weight and linear density, such a structure greatly increases the surface area of the fiber, which is more beneficial for intercepting dust during the filtration process.
P84 filter material: It is obtained from polyimide fiber by needle punching, and its characteristics are remarkable because of its own fiber fineness. The normal weight of P84 filter felt have 450gsm, 500gsm, 550gsm.
P84 filter felt treatment: Singed, calendered, heat set, water&oil repellent, blending conductive
The diameter of the P84 filter bag: diameter 100mm, 125mm, 130mm, 150mm, 180mm, 250mm etc. Any length is available. Special size is customize.
P84 filter material has the following advantages:
1) Significant temperature resistance: it can work at a temperature of 260 °C for a long time, and the short-term working temperature can reach 280 °C
2) Good acid and alkali resistance and oxidation resistance, and certain hydrolysis resistance.
3) Low pressure and high effect; polyimide has an irregular fiber cross section, because P84 filter material has a large surface area, providing more tiny pores, and its surface filtration effect is better than depth filtration, so most of the dust is only It stays on the surface of the filter felt and does not penetrate into the deep layer, so the backwashing pressure is small, the filter cake ejection efficiency is significantly improved, and the fine powder collection effect is excellent, and the filtration pressure difference is small.
Because of its high temperature resistance and hydrolysis resistance, P84 filter material is generally recommended to be used in flue gas conditions with high dust concentration, high temperature and low moisture content, such as asphalt mixing, cement kiln, drying Flue gas purification in drying, combustion, smelting, various industrial kilns, coal-fired boilers and waste incineration processes, and is widely used in processes with high emission concentration requirements.
